While our flooring have been designed to withstand even higher loads, we arrived at these recommended weight limits after rigorous testing to identify the optimal weight.

If the subfloor is prepared with a self-levelling underlayment, and for two reference points 2m apart, the maximum vertical deviation is 4mm and below (subfloor evenness), the weight limit for each flooring is increased by 50% respectively.

Floorbit currently ships directly to customers in Kuching, Sarawak. Our products are also available through our distributors nationwide.

To ensure that you receive an authentic product and the best possible experience, we strongly encourage you to purchase your flooring directly from our official website or our official distributors.

Orders and Payment

We accept FPX (Internet Banking), credit/debit card, bank deposit, and cash payment (including cheque). If you need help completing your order, please reach out to our customer service via our Contact Page.

We work hard to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible, so your order may already be on its way to you. As a result, we recommend double-checking your order at checkout. However, you can still reach out to our customer service via the Contact Page. We’ll do our best to assist you.

Unfortunately, we’re unable to cancel your order once it ships.

Once your order has been successfully placed, we’ll send you an order confirmation email with your order details. When your order ships, you’ll then receive a shipping confirmation email. We recommend that you’re home on the day of delivery to receive your order.


The final shipping cost will be calculated at checkout. We also offer free shipping for orders above RM 4000.

We only ship to the ground floor of residential or commercial addresses in Kuching, Sarawak, and are unable to deliver to PO boxes. If you have a special delivery request, such as calling in advance, scheduling delivery dates, or leaving the package in a specific location, please reach out to our customer service directly after placing your order.

Our warehouse is located in Kuching, Sarawak. Under normal circumstances, it will take up to 1 working day for your order to be processed and most of our orders are delivered within 2-4 working days. Exceptions include distant locations and stock availability. We are unable to ship to PO boxes. Floorbit will not be held accountable for any delays in shipping due to customs or carrier delays, and unforeseen circumstances outside of our control.

We want to make sure you receive your purchase. This is why all our orders need a signature upon delivery to ensure they’re safely delivered.

To ensure the safe delivery of your purchase, we do not recommend that you remove the signature requirement. However, if you wish to go ahead and remove it, you may still contact our customer service via our Support Page for further assistance.

While we’d love to offer this option, our products and packaging are very bulky and heavy, so we’re unable to deliver them to PO boxes and pick-up shops. However, if you require assistance with shipping, please write in to our customer service. They’ll be happy to assist you.

Warranty, Return Policy

Our warranty policy can be summarized as follows:

Warranty starts from the date you received your Product. Your date of receipt will be the date shown on our pickup or delivery records for your order.

10-years warranty on flooring used for residential applications. 5-years* warranty on flooring used for commercial applications. Residential warranty is extendible up to 15 years. Aesthetic defects and damage due to misuse of the flooring are not covered. Submit a warranty claim via email to warranty@floorbit.com with image/video attachments of relevant affected area. Floorbit reserves the final right in determining if a benefit under the warranty can be claimed.

Floorbit 4mm comes with a 1-year commercial warranty. Floorbit 5mm comes with a 2-years commercial warranty.

We do not offer exchanges for our products at the moment. However, we do have a Return policy in place which you may refer to for more information.

In the unlikely event that you encounter any damaged, defective or missing product, please drop us a ticket on our Contact Page with photos of the issue and your order number. Our customer service will do their best to assist you.

The Floorbit Extended Warranty Program is only available to flooring in Floorbit 2022 Collections purchased for residential applications.

Installation and Care of Products

We can supply and install flooring for you. Our trained installers will do all of the work so all you have to do is to enjoy your new Floorbit flooring. Most customers take about 1 to 2 days to install their flooring.

A professional installation assures your entitlement to our warranty service, and you can rely on the fact that our flooring experts will have neat solutions on hand even for tricky areas such as uneven flooring or transitions to tiled or carpeted flooring.
