Return and Refund policy
All products purchased from Floorbit cannot be returned or exchanged under these Terms. Exceptions for return will be allowed for defective products only. If you believe that your product is defective, please call Floorbit Customer Service at 012-851 1678. If we determine, in our sole discretion, that the product is defective, you will be eligible to return your product. We reserve the right to test your defective products.
To send back a product eligible for return, simply follow the instruction of Floorbit Customer Service and send back your product with the original receipt (or gift receipt) and original packaging within 15 calendar days of the date you receive the product. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return questions via email to email@example.com
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Before installation, check all planks in daylight for recognisable faults in colour and structure. Goods that have been cut to size or already installed cannot be claimed for later.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
