The weight limits for Floorbit flooring are found below:
• Synchrowood 8mm - 300kg
• Synchrowood 12mm - 600kg
• Floorbit 4mm - 100kg
• Floorbit 5mm - 200kg
• Ultraboden 8.5mm - 500kg
• Waterblock 6mm - 300kg
• Waterblock 8.6mm - 500kg
• Herringbone 12.6mm - 1000kg
If the subfloor is prepared with a self-levelling underlayment, and for two reference points 2m apart, the maximum vertical deviation is 4mm and below (subfloor evenness), the weight limit for each flooring is increased by 50% respectively.
While our flooring have been designed to withstand even higher loads, we arrived at these recommended weight limits after rigorous testing to identify the optimal weights.
Floorbit currently ships directly to customers in Kuching and Samarahan, Sarawak. Our products are also available through our distributors nationwide.

The Floorbit Store uses the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) industry standard, the highest level of security available today for web-secured applications, and is certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant.
We work hard to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible, so your order may already be on its way to you. As a result, we recommend double-checking your order at checkout. However, you can still reach out to our customer service via the Contact Page. We’ll do our best to assist you.
Unfortunately, we’re unable to cancel your order once it ships.
Once your order has been successfully placed, we’ll send you an order confirmation email with your order details. When your order ships, you’ll then receive a shipping confirmation email.
Shipping & Delivery
The final shipping cost will be calculated at checkout. We offer free shipping for all orders above RM 4,000.
We only ship to the ground floor of residential or commercial addresses in Kuching, Sarawak, and are unable to deliver to PO boxes. If you have a special delivery request, such as calling in advance, scheduling delivery dates, or leaving the package in a specific location, please reach out to our customer service directly after placing your order.
Our warehouse is based in Kuching, Sarawak. Subject to stock availability, orders usually take 1 working day to be processed and are delivered within 2-4 working days.

We want to make sure you receive your purchase. This is why all our orders need a signature upon delivery to ensure they’re safely delivered.
To ensure the safe delivery of your purchase, we do not recommend that you remove the signature requirement. However, if you wish to go ahead and remove it, you may still contact our customer service via our Contact Page for further assistance.
While we’d love to offer this option, our products and packaging are very bulky and heavy, so we’re unable to deliver them to PO boxes and pick-up shops. However, if you require assistance with shipping, please write in to our customer service. They’ll be happy to assist you.
We’ll send you a pickup notification email when your order is ready to be picked up. Please wait for this email before coming to the Floorbit Warehouse.
To pick up your items, you will need to bring the order number and a valid government-issued photo ID.
Installation & Care of Products
We can supply and install flooring for you. Our trained installers will do all of the work so you can enjoy your new Floorbit flooring in no time. Most customers take about 1 to 2 days to install their flooring.
A professional installation assures your entitlement to our warranty service, and you can rely on the fact that our flooring experts will have neat solutions on hand for tricky areas such as uneven flooring or transitions to tiled or carpeted flooring.
